About Social First Responder

It can be difficult to find information on the social media accounts of local first responders. This is especially relevant when news stories are breaking and there is a thirst for information. The ambition of this site is to create a resource that will collect social media accounts for Police, Fire, EMS, Media, and Public Safety agency accounts in one location, and make them easy to find quickly for individuals and journalists.

Please share and contribute to the site often. We need to get as many people involved to build the virtuous loop: more contributors results in more users who become contributors.
